Return Policy:

30-Day Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return policy for non-customized items in their original condition, unworn/unused, with tags, and original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is required. Contact us at hello@runescope.online to initiate a return.

Customized Goods: Due to the personalized nature of our custom products, they are non-refundable unless defective, damaged, or incorrectly produced. In such cases, we will issue a replacement or full refund (excluding shipping and customs fees). Please review our separate disclaimer for more details on customized goods.

Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon arrival. If there's an issue, contact us immediately at hello@runescope.online with details and photos so we can resolve it promptly.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items: Excluded from returns are:

 

    • Perishable goods: food, flowers, plants

 

    • Custom products: personalized items

 

    • Personal care goods: beauty products

 

    • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases

 

    • Gift cards

Sale Items: Unfortunately, sale items are non-returnable.

Exchanges: To ensure you get the desired item, return the unwanted item and place a separate purchase for the new one.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: For EU deliveries, you have 14 days to cancel/return your order without justification. The same conditions for non-customized items apply.

Refunds: After receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you of the refund approval within 10 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing time by your bank/credit card company may vary.
