How do I order a personalized rune chart?
Follow the personalisation instructions on your chosen product. Check its description for the information required, delivery format and preparation time before ordering.

What information do I need to provide for a custom chart?
The information depends on the chart. Birth runes use the birth date; Fate runes use the birth time. A name is used for personalisation, not to determine these two runes. Check the chosen product for any other details needed.

Can I customize the design or colors?
Our charts follow our signature RuneScope design aesthetic to ensure quality and authenticity. If you have special requests, please contact us before ordering.

How do I find my Birth and Fate runes?
Use our Rune Finder tool to discover your Birth rune from your birth date and your Fate rune from your birth time. If your birth time is unknown, you can still find your Birth rune.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
Preparation and delivery times depend on the product and destination. Check the product description and the delivery information shown at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
Available destinations depend on the product and fulfilment partner. RuneScope is based in Portugal, but products may be produced and dispatched elsewhere. Check availability and delivery estimates at checkout.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, you'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Digital Products & Charts

What format will my digital chart be in?
Your personalized chart will be delivered as a high-resolution PDF, perfect for printing and framing.

Can I print my digital chart?
Absolutely! Our charts are designed to be printed at standard sizes and look beautiful framed.

What if I need to update information after ordering?
Contact us immediately at hello@runescope.online with your order number and we'll do our best to accommodate changes before we begin creating your chart.

Jewelry & Physical Products

What materials are used in your jewelry?
Materials and finishes vary by item. Please use the material description on the individual product page when choosing your jewellery.

How do I care for my rune jewelry?
Store in a dry place, avoid harsh chemicals, and clean gently with a soft cloth. Specific care instructions are included with your order.

Can I request specific runes for jewelry?
Yes! Many of our jewelry pieces can be customized with your Birth and Fate runes or runes of your choice.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Please read our Refund Policy for the terms that apply to your order, including personalised and digital products. Contact us if an item is damaged or incorrect.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

About Runes & Readings

What are Elder Futhark runes?
The Elder Futhark is the oldest form of the runic alphabet, used by Germanic peoples from the 2nd to 8th centuries. Each rune carries symbolic meaning and spiritual significance.

Are your rune interpretations authentic?
Our guide distinguishes rune-name traditions and reading interpretations from RuneScope’s own Birth and Fate perspectives. The date and hour associations used here predate RuneScope; RuneScope’s contribution is the interpretation developed in its Atlas. Wyrd, the blank rune, is a modern addition rather than one of the 24 Elder Futhark runes.

Do I need to know anything about runes to order?
Not at all! Our charts and products are designed for everyone, from complete beginners to rune enthusiasts.

Daily RuneScope

Where can I read the daily messages?
Visit Daily RuneScope for the current Birth and Fate messages in English and Icelandic. Portuguese and daily email delivery are in preparation. Each rune’s message stays the same for everyone reading that edition; new daily editions unlock at midnight UTC.
