Subscriptions are for adults aged 18 and over

Daily RuneScope subscriptions, including free-beta editions, are for adults aged 18 or over subscribing for their own readings. This age requirement applies to subscriptions; adults may still buy Little Heroes products and other gifts for children.

Subscription Cancellation Policy

Your paid Daily RuneScope subscription renews automatically at the price and billing interval shown when you subscribe, covering your selected languages. Free-beta editions do not become paid automatically; we obtain your agreement before charging.

How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your customer account and managing your subscription settings. No questions asked.

When Cancellation Takes Effect: If you cancel, you will continue to receive daily messages until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

Refunds: Ordinary cancellation stops future renewals and does not normally give a pro-rata refund for the current paid period; daily messages continue through that period. This does not limit statutory withdrawal rights, refunds required by law, or remedies for a faulty or undelivered service. Contact hello@runescope.online to exercise those rights.
