Shipping Policy

RuneScope works with print-on-demand fulfilment partners, including Gelato. Production location depends on the product, availability and destination; local manufacture is not guaranteed.

We are constantly expanding our product range, and not all items are offered and produced in all locations. Sometimes, we may send an order to be produced in a different country and ship the product internationally, rather than produce it locally or in a location closest to you. This is determined by an algorithm that takes into account stock availability, production capacity, and logistics, having as an end goal a smooth and fast delivery.

Some orders are produced locally and others are shipped internationally. Available shipping destinations and services depend on the product and fulfilment partner.

Having production capabilities in a specific country doesn't necessarily mean that a product will be printed in that country. This could be the case due to several factors such as stock availability, and technical or logistical limitations, among others.

Producing to order avoids holding a large stock of finished products. It does not guarantee local production or remove possible import charges.

Customs fees may apply based on local regulations when we ship internationally across borders. International shipping timeframes may vary. Customs fees are the buyer's responsibility.

Delivery times

In most countries, we offer the option to choose between Standard/Economy and Express shipping.

For the Standard Shipping: Typically delivers within 3-5 business days for domestic orders, 7-14 business days for international ones.
Express Shipping: Typically delivers within 2-4 business days for domestic orders, 4-7 business days for international.

• Standard or Economy is a delivery service for mail that is too heavy for a normal letter post. Delivery time for domestic standard parcel delivery normally takes between 2-4 days.
• Express Services are processed by the shipping company as a priority as it is time-sensitive: delivery is expedited. When delivery time is critical, we recommend opting for Express delivery.

The delivery time reflects how long it takes to produce and fulfill the order and the time it takes to ship the product to you. Delivery times vary and are determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to:

  • Type of product
  • Where it is produced
  • Where it is delivered
  • The size and dimensions of the order
  • Production capacity
  • Shipping method
